I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you no-show the appointment you will have to pay 100% of the service you were meant to receive. I understand unexpected things happen that are out of our control, but if you just communicate with me we might can work something out! Also please remember this is my business, and if you don’t contact me to reschedule/cancel you are not only hurting me, but someone else who could have taken your spot.💛
